Things I Love!

My family! I am a VERY big family person, with my Italian and Polish blood I’m sure you can understand why. My passion is my kiddos! I am a stay at home mom to 2 toddlers and love nothing more than having the very best taste tasters as we all know they are BRUTALLY honest! Being a mom has really given me a passion to gear my baking towards kid related products, such as our top selling Elf On The Shelf cookie sets and seeing the smiles on kids faces as they stare at a dessert table during their birthday party!

When I am not in my kitchen or doing mom tasks I love being outside getting fresh air, mountain biking, playing and coaching volleyball and being by water! My whole life I was a competitive athlete doing gymnastics from the age of 3 until college. I picked up Volleyball in high school where I was fortunate to play in the Junior Olympics and play Division 1 Volleyball at Sacred Heart University.  

FUN FACT : I have my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors in Health Science and all has brought me back to my most comfortable place, my kitchen. I love working with kiddos but continuing on this dream I always had with my Mimi is where my heart lies.
